Understanding the Stages of Product Discovery: PoC, Prototyping, and MVP
[2024-02-16] - Albiemer Porte

In "Product Discovery," there are three key stages: Proof of Concept (PoC), Prototyping, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Each stage serves a different purpose in refining a product. The MVP, or alpha version, is similar to the beta version but with key differences. The beta version is almost complete and focuses on gathering feedback from external users to iron out any issues. These stages are crucial for validating ideas, minimizing risk, and ensuring a smooth product launch.
